Application: up to one weeks before the test at info@bsi-campus.com. The following documents are required as a scan: certified translation of the university entrance qualification certificate, German certificate and passport.
Examination fee: 150€, registration only after paying the fee on the account given in the registration form.
Test results: right after the test
After the test: We kindly ask you to fill in and to sign the application form an to send it to us via e-mail. Please transfer the semester fee to the account given in the registration form.
IMPORTANT! You must apply for the conditional permission (bedingte Zulassung) for a university or a university of applied sciences in Thuringia! You may take part in our classes without this permission. But you won’t be allowed to take the final exams (Feststellungsprüfung)!

Admission to the preparatory college Baltic Sea International Campus:
After receipt of the tuition fees and all documents
For applicants who have passed the entrance exam at the Nordhausen preparatory college but could not be admitted due to limited capacity, the tuition fee is €5500 for both semesters. For all other interested parties, the amount of the tuition fee depends on the scope of our services. In addition, there is currently an examination fee of €450 for the assessment test (Feststellungsprüfung) and €220 for the C1 exam.
Fourth Step
preparing entry
Visa: With the admission you will also receive a letter of admission. You have to apply for a visa at the nearest German embassy. You must enclose the notification of admission as proof of your application. We support you with further questions.
Entry: As soon as you have booked a flight, you have to inform us. We can pick you up from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Hamburg Airport or Kiel Central Station. Arrivals outside of this time window must be discussed with our administration on a case-by-case basis.
Accommodation: If you have indicated on the registration form that you need accommodation, we will prepare a place for you in our student residence
